We will work closely with Architects, Project Managers and other consultants to ensure that documentation is accurate, well-coordinated and delivered in a timely manner. During the construction process, we will work closely with the Builder to provide site support, problem solving and site inspections by one of our Registered Building Practitioners.
We have experience in a large variety of projects, including pavilions, multi-storey apartment and office buildings, warehouses, luxury housing, multi-unit residential, kit homes, retaining walls, and many other projects. We can be involved from the early stages, to ensure harmony between structural and architectural considerations, through to successful completion of a project.
We have successfully completed the structural design and documentation on a large variety of structures in steel, timber, masonry and concrete, using the latest Australian Standards for design.
In addition to reinforced concrete design, we are able to provide preliminary sizing for post-tensioned slabs, which are an economical solution for larger span concrete structures. We have experience working with post-tensioned designers, and understand that close coordination with the Project Engineer is key to a successful project.
